How does Epic Events work?
Our process is fairly simple.
1. Fill out the form on our contact page with as much details as you can about your event.
2. We will contact you with a price for your event and if we have any additional questions about your event.
3. If you agree to the price of your party package, we will send you a contract and ask for a 50% deposit.
4. We will deliver your party package at the agreed upon date and collect final payment.
5. You throw an EPIC EVENT!
How much time do I need to plan?
We ask that you give us at least 3 weeks to curate the most Epic package for you!
What type of events do you plan?
We provide themed party packages for all types of events. Anniversary parties, children's & adult birthday parties, baby showers, sporting events watch parties, and more. Any party, big or small, that you want an easy way to decorate in a certain theme, we can accommodate.
Where do you deliver?
Currently we are delivering to a 30 miles radius from 12866. For an additional fee we can deliver outside that range.
What other services do you provide?
Not only do we supply everything you need for an Epic Event, but we can also help you plan party games & activities, favors, and more. We can also design custom jpeg invitations, custom shirts for the guest of honor, and more. If you have an idea, reach out and we are happy to help!
What if I want reusable items, instead of disposable ones?
We love the environment too! Most of our packages have disposable items for ease of clean-up, but if you would prefer reusable items, just let us know when filling out the form and we will make sure that's what we curate for you. Please note that your event price will reflect the higher quality items.
